Feeling the Flow-chart

Shopping is hard work. There are so many decisions to be made and desires to be indulged. In order to bring some of those choices to life, we worked with Pentagram Design to build a graphically unique campaign that followed all the different routes people can take to Shop Saks. 
The campaign was anchored by a series of tongue-in-cheek flowcharts. Each one tackled a particular shopping conundrum, starting at the top and taking the customer through  through a host of light-hearted choices and preferences. Of course, all routes lead you to the same solution at the bottom: Shop Saks. 
A series of shopping bags drew rave reviews from customers and the designer brands.
The shopping bags were complemented by a series of catalog covers, each with its own whimsical decisions leading to Saks.
Newspaper and magazine ads included condensed versions of the flowcharts.
The in-store visual team had a blast with the playful language and graphics.
For spring, we even added a little color.
